In 2019, WAY became Head of Def Jam Thailand, a significant step in the label’s expansion across Asia. His self-titled album, released on March 6, 2020, represents his rich musical journey, merging local Thai and international influences. With contributions from collaborators like Violette Wautier, Wonderframe, and Radio 3000, the album highlights DABOYWAY’s versatility, from raw street anthems to polished pop creations.
From 2022 to 2025, DABOYWAY has made waves across industries with projects like expanding NVSC barbershops, performing at Rolling Loud Thailand music festival, and launching the "Land Of Music" festival. He also ventured into health with "WAY UP", a Vitamin C energy supplement, and established the "Youth Basketball League (YBL)" to nurture young basketball talent in Thailand and Southeast Asia, aligning with the NBA’s rising influence.
